FAQs

“Why do the tiers cost different amounts?”

Because each tier is a different job.

Surface = reset the chaos.
Middle Earth = organize AND clean.
Deep Callin’ Deep = full life reboot.

You’re not paying for “more time.”
You’re paying for deeper work, more brainpower, and bigger results.

“Why not just book more hours of the cheap one?”

Because Surface is basically:

“Let’s get this place looking sane again.”

Deep work is:

“Let’s figure out WHY it keeps getting messy — and fix it.”

Plus Deep involves:

  • decision help
  • heavier scrubbing
  • real organizing
  • moving stuff
  • systems that actually stick

Totally different lane.

“What makes deep cleaning cost more?”

Deep work = bigger gloves.

More lifting.
More scrubbing.
More thinking.

And yes — sometimes we meet whatever is growing behind the toilet.

I don’t judge.
I scrub.
But I also charge fairly for the work, risk, time, and energy.

“How long does stuff usually take?”

Rough guide:

Surface — $30/hr
Quick reset. 1–2 hours.

Middle Earth — $45/hr
Organize + clean. 2–4 hours.

Deep Callin’ Deep — $60/hr
Full overhaul. 3–6 hours.

Minimums help keep things fair:

  • Surface: 1 hour
  • Middle Earth: 2 hours
  • Deep: usually at least 3

“Will you upsell me just because?”

Nope.

If Surface is enough — we do Surface.
If you need Middle Earth — we land there.
Deep is only for when it truly makes sense.

I’m not selling snake oil.
Just cleaner sinks.

“Should I be embarrassed?”

Please don’t.

Bathrooms happen.
Life happens.
Sometimes… mysterious goo happens.

Zero judgment — just progress.
